You will need:
2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding
1 lb. graham crackers
9 oz. whipped topping - defrosted
- butter and line a 13x9 pan with whole graham crackers
- make pudding with 3 cups of milk
- mix in whipped topping
Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Pour remaining mixture over and add 3rd layer of crackers.
- melt 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- add:
2 t. light corn syrup
1 t. vanilla
3 T. margarine
1 1/2 cups confect. sugar
3 T. mild
Spread over top of crackers
Refrigerate over night
